Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Product Development Chef to join the Culinary Innovation team in Springdale, AR. You will translate consumer trends into scalable culinary concepts, develop recipes, prototypes, and menu applications for retail and foodservice, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and customers.

Ideal candidates hold a culinary degree and 4+ years in culinary product development, with strong presentation skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects while

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary experience required.
• 4+ years of culinary experience in foodservice, restaurant operations, or product development.
• Experience developing recipes, menu applications, consumer products, or customer-focused culinary solutions.
• Customer presentations, training, and brand activation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop culinary concepts, recipes, prototypes, menu applications, and product positioning.
• Partner with R&D through product development, testing, and commercialization.
• Translate trends and operator needs into growth opportunities.
• Participate in customer ideations, demonstrations, trainings, and brand activations.
• Create scalable recipes and preparation methods for internal and external use.
• Present culinary solutions to customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Balance culinary creativity with food safety, feasibility, cost, and business objectives.
