Job summary

Lunch Bunch Co is seeking a Level 1 Enrichment Teacher to lead culinary-based enrichment programs after school. You will support instructional activities, prepare materials, and provide individualized attention to students in a hands-on kitchen setting.

We value reliability, adaptability, and the ability to manage groups of children, with strong communication to Enrichments Managers. Requires background check, LiveScan, and TB clearance; typical hours 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting instruction with children.
• Ability to engage a group of students in hands-on activities.
• Strong communication and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally.
• Background check and LiveScan required; TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Review lesson plans weekly.
• Watch weekly training videos.
• Attend pre-semester teacher trainings.
• Communicate with Enrichments Manager for support.
• Prepare classroom materials and food efficiently.
• Distribute materials before class ends.
• Manage student behavior and classroom flow.
• Teach kitchen safety and basic cooking skills.
• Report incidents using incident reports.
• Submit feedback after each class.
