Job summary

StaffedUp is seeking a Regional Culinary Director for the Greater New York City area to lead multi-unit BOH operations across NY, NJ and CT. This senior role oversees culinary standards, menu execution, seasonal rollouts, and a thriving bakery and brunch program.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of culinary leadership, 3+ years in multi-unit roles, strong P&L fluency, and the ability to mentor teams while protecting brand culture in a fast-growing hospitality concept.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive culinary leadership.
• 3+ years in a multi-unit or regional role.
• Experience in a hybrid full-service model — dine-in, brunch, bakery & to-go.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L understanding).
• Based in or willing to commute throughout the greater NYC metro.
