Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join its skilled nursing facility in Greensboro, NC!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality
2. Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to create high-level menus that deliver nutritional value
3. Conduct daily inspections and assessments to ensure compliance
4. Oversee inventory to ensure budget compliance
5. Lead team member recruiting, onboarding, and training
6. Foster interdepartmental communication to promote teamwork and achieve goals

Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications:

1. Current ServSafe certification is required
2. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
3. 5+ years of related operations and management experience
4. Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
