Responsibilities

• Follow diet orders and tray cards, ensuring accuracy and special requests are noted.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and keep the dining and kitchen areas clean.
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies and setting up for meals.
• Attend department meetings and participate in ongoing education.
