Job summary

Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly Blvd. in West Houston seeks friendly team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment. You will join a team of 80+ members with opportunities for leadership development in a people-focused setting.

Requirements include the ability to work closing shifts (2:00pm–11:00pm), a strong work ethic, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Sundays off and flexible scheduling are offered along with free meals during shifts.

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be available to work closing shifts, specifically 2:00pm-11:00pm
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during hectic periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, including in hot kitchen conditions
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Ability to complete closing tasks, including taking out trash and cleaning machines during closing hours
