Qualifications

• 2+ years of cooking experience including food preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, safety and sanitation.
• Exceptional food presentation skills.
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Assemble, combine, and cook ingredients following recipes.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen and proper dating/rotation of items.
• Attend to detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepare ingredients by slicing, dicing, and chopping as needed.
