Position Title: Culinary Cook - State Farm Arena

Starting Pay: $16.50

This is not a tipped position.

Requirements: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and all Hawks home games.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of kitchen areas and supplies.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
8. Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper use of safety gear.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
