Qualifications

• Prepares food following recipes and guidelines.

• Maintains sanitation and HACCP compliance throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Document required reports and logs as needed.
• Assist with orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
