Join Our Culinary Team at Hyatt

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Cafeteria Attendant to care for our colleagues in the colleague café at the Hyatt at Olive 8. This role involves basic food preparation and ensuring a positive dining experience for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic preparation of café offerings
  • Provide excellent service to colleagues during breaks and meals
  • Support the dining experience in a friendly and welcoming manner

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • Previous culinary and food & beverage experience is a plus
  • WA state Food Handler’s Permit is required
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position is based at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, with potential cross-training opportunities at the Hyatt at Olive 8 in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $23.15 to $23.61. The starting rate is $23.15/hour, with an increased rate of $23.61/hour for colleagues with four or more years of service.
