Destiny Springs Healthcare Culinary Services is seeking a Culinary Associate for a Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shift schedule. You will help ensure patients and staff receive quality food service while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a busy kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes sanitation, food prep support, and organization. High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food service is a plus. This position offers a weekend-focused schedule in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with team to support patient meals and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow procedures for waste disposal, dishwashing, and food prep.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing foods and drinks.
• Serves and replenishes food supply.
• Cleans cafeteria and kitchen areas, including tables, trash, floors, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and garbage cans.
• Prepares cafeteria for meals: hot carts, food rotation, utensils, napkins, trays, scoops.
• Cleans and maintains floors in walk-in and kitchen areas; cleans drains and major equipment on schedule.
• Removes trash and recyclables to collection areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Culinary Services Director.
