Legacy of Farmington Senior Living, part of Lifespark, seeks a Culinary Assistant/Server for AM/PM shifts in Farmington, MN. This on-site role supports dining services and helps our residents age magnificently.

You will set up trays, serve and bus, transport carts, deliver nourishments, maintain clean dishes, and assist in food preparation. A high school diploma and prior senior living experience are preferred; strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
