Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures clients' dietary needs are met, including accommodations for allergies and special meal plans.
• Follows all food safety, food storage, health safety, food service and sanitation standards.
• Prepares and serves healthy meals to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintains sanitation and safe storage temperatures; logs accordingly.
• Helps control food costs by proper storage and waste minimization.
• Prepares extra meals for staff and visitors; reports unsafe conditions.
