Job summary

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community, is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant to join our culinary team in Moose Lake, MN. Training will be provided; this is an entry-level opportunity in a healthcare setting.

Hybrid shifts include evenings and days, with wage range of $19.09–$19.97 per hour, located at 710 S Kenwood Ave. As a Culinary Assistant, you will provide excellent service to residents and families, assist with meal prep and serving, and help maintain a clean, sanitary diet area

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Position Type:Part-Time
Available Shifts:
Hybrid - a mix of Evenings (12:15pm to 8:00pm) and Days (8:00am to 11:00am)
Wage Range:$19.09 - $19.97 / hour depending on experience.
