Qualifications

• Candidates must meet at least one of the following: currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality/Culinary program; have 12+ months of related work experience; or have 5+ years of full-time experience in the culinary field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key kitchen departments (prep, hot line, banquets, pastry, kitchen operations).
• Under supervision of professional chefs, develop technical and soft skills including sanitation, prep work, banquet service, and kitchen administration.
• Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship throughout the 12‑month internship.
