Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Cook to join its vibrant kitchen team. You will prepare food per recipes and specs, follow presentation guidelines, and ensure safety and cleanliness in line with Health Department standards.

Ideal candidates have an optional high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills focused on delivering great guest service. Evening/night shifts and weekend availability are requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and menu specs.
• Follow established food presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to food and equipment safety rules.
• Assist with ingredient prep.
• Expedite food items accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and check accuracy and quality of food supply orders.
• Sanitize and organize cooking and serving areas to ensure compliance with Health Department and Lucky Strike Entertainment standards.
