Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Part-time Cook to prepare dishes per specifications, maintain presentation standards and uphold food safety rules. You’ll assist with prep, expedite orders, receive stock, and keep work areas clean and compliant in a busy entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates have strong guest-service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a lively, on-site kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Optional).
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and menu specs.
• Follow established food presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to food and equipment safety rules.
• Assist with ingredient prep.
• Expedite food items accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and check accuracy and quality of food supply orders.
• Sanitize and organize cooking and serving areas to ensure compliance with Health Department and Lucky Strike Entertainment standards.
