Job description

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as an Intermediate Cook 2 with our Andare restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!

This intermediate line cook position requires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level.

While this position is anticipated to work primarily in the PM shift of the Andare Kitchen, scheduling flexibility is required.

PM Shifts may range from:

  • 12:00p - 08:30p
  • 02:00p - 10:30p

The hourly rate range for this position is $27.80/hour to $28.36/hour. The starting rate is $27.80/hour and this position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the Cook 2 position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is currently $28.36/hour.
