Qualifications

This Intermediate Line Cook position requires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level. The cook should be self-driven and motivated.

The anticipated scheduled shifts for this position are:

  • 5:00am - 01:30pm

Scheduling flexibility including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays is required.

The hourly rate range for this position is $27.80/hour - $28.36/hour. The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.80. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is currently $28.36/hour.
