Job summary

East Lake is seeking a part-time Culinary Aide to support dining services for residents. You will assist with meal prep and service, keep work areas clean, and help ensure meals meet safety and diet requirements.

Collaborating with culinary leaders, you’ll set up for service, handle trays, wash dishes, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for residents.

No experience required beyond customer service mindset; certification in sanitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of meals according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace by cleaning equipment as needed.
