American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Culinary Aide at Summit City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, IN. You will assist with meal prep, serving, and ensuring a clean, sanitary dining environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Required: Commitment to customer service
• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside culinary team and leaders
• Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling (may be earned after starting)

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation and portioning of meal items according to menus and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace and sanitize equipment as needed.
