Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms and trays for meal service.
• Serve portioned food according to diet restrictions.
• Deliver trays, carts, floor stock and nourishments.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans and general cleaning.
• Perform kitchen duties: clean tables, refrigerators, sweep and mop floors, distribute supplies.
• Assist with tray and food preparation.
• Operate and sanitize equipment per state and federal regulations.
• Complete meal-ticket transactions and reconcile receipts daily.

About this role

What you'll do

What you'll need

• Basic math skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Food service experience preferred
• Successful Minnesota DHS background study
