Job summary

Just Checking In LLC is seeking an in-home caregiver to serve select Wisconsin cities, including Madison, Monona, McFarland, Stoughton, Cottage Grove, and Fitchburg. You will provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes, offering companionship and tailored support to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, HHA, or PCA experience preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and tidying living spaces.
• Record changes in client condition and report to supervisors.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-beingTransport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
