HomeWell Care Services in Temple, TX seeks dedicated in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors at clients' homes. You will build meaningful relationships, support independence, and ensure safety while delivering personalized assistance. Flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or a related setting
• Excellent communication skills with clients and families
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Physically able to perform caregiver duties
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable
• Servicing Temple, Belton, Killeen, Fort Hood, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Salado, Cameron and Rockdale locations

Responsabilités

• Companionship and social engagement for clients
• Provide assistance with ADLs such as bathing, grooming and toileting
• Provide assistance with IADLs such as meal prep, housekeeping, transportation
• Possible minor pet care

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or a related setting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, as caregivers must be able to travel reliably to clients’ homes for scheduled shifts.
• Available to work different shifts as needed.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
