A construction company is seeking a General Foreman to supervise project operations across various locations. Responsibilities include managing employee personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing project tracking. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of five years as a Foreman, and experience in remote work. This position starts in December 2025, and offers competitive compensation.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in project operations at various location. Responsible for overseeing the work and interacting with site foremen and project managers to ensure a smoothly run job site throughout the work day. Understands permit to work process & gets crews working in a timely manner.

Individuals working under this contract will be exposed to and handling Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). As a result, all workers will be part of the medical surveillance program. The company-paid Baseline Asbestos physical includes chest x-ray with B-Reader, PFT, respiratory clearance, and basic physical. Those individuals that have previously worked with asbestos, will be required to have an exit exam from their prior employer before the baseline exam can be conducted by NANA Construction.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Must be able to use and maintain the tools of the trade such as band saw, bending breaks, shears, hand tools and banding tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Must be able to pass 40hr OSHA Asbestos Mitigation.
Must be able to pass fit test to wear a respirator.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, write simple correspondence, present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry, apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
