Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Cubber Operator to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient cubing area. You will operate and monitor cuber machinery, assist with block production, and support adjacent equipment to ensure quality concrete products.

Responsibilities include safety rule adherence, quality inspections, minor repairs, and documenting results. The role requires physical work, reading measurements, and teamwork in a manufacturing plant environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and certification.
• Basic computer skills to operate cuber control panels.
• Ability to read rulers and tape measures.
• Basic mechanical understanding required.
• English reading/writing for safety and job tasks.
• Basic math to track material and block quantities.
• Professional interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Visually inspect products and by-products for color, shape, and quality.
• Make minor machine adjustments and clear jams.
• Use stacking patterns and change codes in cubing software.
• Monitor cuber, pallet injector, depalleter and related equipment for malfunctions.
• Perform quality control on the dry block line and document results.
• Assist with maintenance and training of new employees.
