Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to develop Vision AI solutions for warehouse automation systems. You will design, develop, and deploy computer vision algorithms for inventory monitoring, obstacle detection, robot monitoring, safety analytics, and operational optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver PoCs, customer demonstrations, and deployments, while optimizing models for edge and GPU platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and AI solution development.

Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision and AI-based solutions for AutoStore warehouse environments.
• Design and implement object detection, tracking, segmentation, and anomaly detection models.
• Work on camera selection, calibration, and vision system setup.

Senior Computer Vision Engineer to develop Vision AI solutions for warehouse automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying computer vision algorithms for inventory monitoring, obstacle detection, robot monitoring, safety analytics, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision and AI-based solutions for AutoStore warehouse environments.
• Design and implement object detection, tracking, segmentation, and anomaly detection models.
• Work on camera selection, calibration, and vision system setup.
• Develop real-time video analytics solutions for warehouse operations.
• Integrate vision solutions with robotics, edge devices, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize AI models for deployment on edge and GPU platforms.
• Collaborate with product, robotics, and software engineering teams.
• Support solution architecture, PoCs, customer demonstrations, and deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of Object Detection, Tracking, Segmentation, and OCR
• Experience with YOLO or similar deep learning frameworks
• Understanding of camera systems, image processing, and video analytics
• Experience deploying solutions on Linux-based environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Robotics, ASRS, AMR, or AGV systems
• Knowledge of HALCON, Cognex, or Industrial Vision Systems
• Experience with Edge AI, NVIDIA Jetson, Docker, and GPU optimization
