Job summary

Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a Cube Line Shaker Operator. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed including nights, weekends and holidays.

The role involves ensuring packaging materials are kept clean and safe, assisting with packaging, and maintaining product quality. Responsibilities include folding bags, pushing the sealer, reworking damaged products, and performing general sanitation in the department.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills (Add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be willing and able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to tolerate working in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Packaging product and maintaining quality product appearance.
• Assist with packaging materials and ensure counts and packaging quality.
• Fold bags and operate the sealer machine.
• Perform rework on damaged or improperly sealed product.
• General sanitation in the work area (dry cleaning, sweeping, blowing with compressed air).
