Position Overview

As a Deli Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality deli products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work closely with the deli team to ensure that customers have a positive experience and that all deli products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer product recommendations and suggestions to customers.
• Deli Preparation:
  • Prepare and assemble deli products, such as sandwiches, chicken tenders, burgers etc., to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of deli products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Cash Handling:
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Store Maintenance:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the deli case, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Teamwork:
  • Work collaboratively with other deli crew members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Quality Control:
  • Monitor deli products for quality, freshness, and presentation, and report any issues to the deli manager.
  • Participate in quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications
