Job summary

Patriot Offshore Maritime Services seeks a skilled Mate for a 27m Incat Crowther Catamaran Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV). The position follows a 2 weeks on/off rotation, primarily serving US East Coast wind projects.

The Mate will operate the CTV when the Master is off watch and lead safety, crew, and daily operations onboard. You must hold USCG Master/100 ton NC endorsement or higher, STCW, TWIC, and a proven track record on similarly sized vessels.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of CTV management, safety, administration, and operations.
• Proven crew management and vessel operations experience.
• USCG Master/NC endorsement or higher and TWIC.
• STCW certifications and medical qualification as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Master in vessel operations and act as watch stander as needed.
• Safely operate the vessel in compliance with USCG, COLREGS, and company policies.
• Mooring, voyages, crew transfers, maintenance planning, and safety drills.
• Lead HSEQ through daily activities and audits, ensuring crew compliance.
