What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during air traffic controller training exercises
- Receive voice commands from students and input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Respond to students via voice communication system utilizing proper phraseology
- Complete necessary certifications and training to perform effectively as a Remote Pilot Operator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with current technological tools (tablets, notebooks, applications, etc.)
- Basic experience with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
