Job summary

A leading digital marketing firm in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is hiring an operator responsible for running presses and ensuring high production standards. The ideal candidate must have experience with Mac-based applications, including Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, as well as experience in a Computer-to-Plate (CTP) environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble page layouts per customer specifications using a Mac-based workflow.
• Configure press-sheet layouts using XMF RIP hardware.
• Utilize a PDF workflow proficiently.
• Output litho plates using CTP technology.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Pressroom personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance on CTP Plate Processor.
• Distribute litho plates to desired presses.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to work with other department personnel
