Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience at enterprise level (CIO/CTO reporting to CIO).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software platforms from strategy to production.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, API/integration architecture, cloud/platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software engineering and delivery strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Govern full SDLC including portfolio planning, architecture, development, QA, release, DevOps, and production readiness.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with executives to translate strategy into roadmaps, investment plans, and delivery metrics.
• Drive modern engineering practices such as Agile, CI/CD, test automation, and observability.
