Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a CTO Business Operations Manager to strengthen budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting across technology orgs in a global, fast-paced environment.

You will partner with IT, Product & Engineering, and Security leaders to drive financial discipline, vendor management, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, business or operations program.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows, POs, accruals, and AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting/forecasting across CTO orgs with actuals and variance analysis.
• Oversee procurement processes: PO creation, approvals, compliance, documentation.
• Partner with Finance/AP to support accruals, receiving, and vendor payments.
• Track project financials and operational metrics with PMO and project teams.
• Develop executive reporting to reveal performance, risks, trends and opportunities.
• Build partnerships with technology leaders to drive alignment and excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract administration and service delivery oversight.
• Lead operational initiatives and process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure governance, policies and controls are followed.
