Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking an Industrialization Engineer for configure-to-order products. You will translate released designs into production-ready configurations, develop work instructions, material lists, and support first builds with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on industrializing new configurations, ensuring manufacturability, and delivering complete documentation for production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and related docs.
• Experience creating manufacturing documents like work instructions and BOMs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the industrialization of new configurations from release to production.
• Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and BOMs.
• Create and validate production work instructions for each configuration.
• Develop material pick lists and wire cut lists from engineering docs.
• Coordinate first builds with Production to resolve issues.
• Provide manufacturability feedback to Design Engineering.
• Validate all documentation and materials before release.
• Track KPIs like readiness, first-build success, and changes after release.
