Redaptive is seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology division, overseeing product management, data science, software and hardware engineering, and cutting-edge solution development. You will drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and promote continuous improvement across all products.

The role oversees a sophisticated meter data backhaul system, real-time energy data collection from 200k+ IoT devices, and a portfolio of SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software/ hardware engineering teams.
• Experience building enterprise B2B platforms and large scale data systems.
• Strong AWS, IoT, data science, and cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive software and hardware engineering strategy.
• Scale and mentor software engineering teams, recruiting top talent and defining KPIs.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of enterprise software, data science, hardware, and firmware.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Design, and executive leadership.
• Manage geographically distributed teams to leverage global talent.
