But the impact isn't limited to economics: our deteriorating relationships have also driven a loneliness epidemic, now impacting half of US adults and 73% of young adults, with health effects as devastating as smoking a pack a day. Ironically, instead of using technology to enhance real-world connections, we've turned to AI companions as substitutes, deepening our isolation rather than solving it.

Enter Harmonyus...

A science-backed, AI-powered relationship coach designed to strengthen real human connections. Our app acts like an impartial third party, providing real-time feedback and insightful analysis to transform conversations. Initially focused on couples, our platform will expand to address other interpersonal relationships: family dynamics, friendships, and workplace interactions. Our functional prototype is ready and now we need someone exceptional to scale it into the world's first AI-powered multi-party mediation platform.

Your Role: Founding Engineer & CTO

You'll lead our tech strategy, fully own our stack, and innovate at the forefront of AI-powered communication coaching. If building impactful products, moving fast, and exploring cutting-edge AI excites you, this role is your perfect fit.

Note: This is an exciting opportunity to join as a co-founder and earn a significant equity stake in the company. Initially, compensation will be equity-only, but a competitive salary will be provided after funding round.

What You'll Do

Tech & Product Development

• Take complete ownership of our tech stack, including scaling, infrastructure, and DevOps (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment).
• Evolve our POC into polished, scalable products—including native mobile applications—that people love.
• Ensure robust security and privacy for our users’ sensitive conversations.
• Build and lead a tech team, guiding hiring and mentorship as we grow.
• Explore integrations with complementary platforms, services, or hardware to accelerate growth and functionality.

AI & Innovation

• Build emotionally intelligent AI agents that provide real-time, context-aware communication feedback to help users navigate conversations.
• Leverage RAG, fine-tuning, context window optimization, and prompt engineering to ensure insights feel deeply relevant and actionable.
• Explore edge AI and privacy-focused solutions for secure, low-latency interactions.
• Lay the groundwork for proprietary AI models as we scale.
