Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of technology experience with leadership.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, governance, and cloud transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and emerging tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems including hardware, software, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation to enhance processes and experiences.
• Develop and implement the IT vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the IT department and guide technology investments and initiatives.
• Establish policies to protect digital assets, ensure data privacy, and manage IT risks and compliance.
• Drive AI/ML adoption, automation, and cloud modernization to boost innovation and efficiency.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff; foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with executives to identify technology needs and deliver solutions.
• Plan for continuity of IT services during emergencies or disruptions.
• Lead enterprise technology standards, governance, and performance metrics.
• Lead complex change initiatives with strong change management.
