LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans seeks a CTMS Technical Analyst to support the Clinical Trials Office. This role ensures complete and accurate OnCore data and develops reports used by leadership for CCSG compliance and NCC reporting.

The Analyst will build accrual and protocol lifecycle reports, PRMS, DSMC, and research-financial outputs, collaborating with the CTO and CPDM teams to drive informed decisions and institutional success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in database reporting, business intelligence, and/or data analysis.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Technical Analyst provides the reporting, data, and technical analytics foundation for the Clinical Trials Office of the LSU Cancer Center as it pursues and maintains NCI designation. Working within the CTO and under the direction of the CTMS System Administrator, the Analyst is responsible for ensuring that OnCore data are complete, accurate, and reportable to the standards required by the NCI Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG), the Gulf South NCORP, and institutional research leadership.
The Analyst builds and validates the accrual, protocol lifecycle, Protocol Review and Monitoring System (PRMS), Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC), and research financial reports that the Cancer Center CTO leadership, Disease Site Teams, and the Clinical Protocol and Data Management (CPDM) function rely on for decision-making and NCI reporting.
