CTL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR , Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL), to provide strategic leadership for all marketing and communications efforts; lead a collaborative team responsible for promoting CTL's education, research, and outreach initiatives; develop and implement integrated marketing strategies; manage branding, digital engagement, and content creation; oversee internal and external communications; partner closely with CTL leadership and SCALE Network colleagues to elevate CTL's visibility and influence across global audience; develop and lead high-impact marketing plans; manage a team of marketing, communications, and events professionals; support student recruitment through targeted campaigns; enhance CTL's brand and messaging; advance thought leadership and media outreach efforts; oversee event promotions; ensure a cohesive presence across platforms and audiences; and manage vendor relationships, budgets, and digital tools, including CRM and analytics systems, to optimize outreach and engagement.

REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree; a minimum of five years of experience in integrated marketing and communications; proven team leadership experience; robust writing, editing, and project management skills; proficiency with digital marketing platforms, web CMS (e.g., Drupal or WordPress), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Adobe Creative Suite, and social media channels; experience in a higher education or research setting. PREFERRED : Master's degree in a related field; Journalism, content marketing or other communications writing experience; and candidate should demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
