Job summary

Confederated Tribes Of The Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Convalescent Center. You will provide nursing care, monitor residents, and report to the Director of Nursing.

The role requires a Washington LPN license, 12 months in long-term care, knowledge of relevant laws, mandatory reporting, independent clinical decisions, flexibility to cover 24/7 shifts, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington and at least 12 months of experience in a long‑term care facility.

• Mandated reporter: must report abuse and neglect to the State Hotline.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions.

• Must successfully pass an extensive Criminal History Background Inquiry and maintain it throughout employment.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribe’s insurance during employment.

Background: Bi‑weekly reviews until the position is filled.
