Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans related to trade and industry digital manufacturing and design.
• Works directly with students in the FabLab to design and develop prototype models.
• Teaches students how to use software and machines and to follow safety procedures, assisting in fabrication and design phases.
• Maintains lab machines and inventory of materials and parts.
• Uses classroom management techniques conducive to an effective classroom climate.
• Promotes critical, creative and innovative thinking in students.
• Takes safety precautions to protect students and equipment.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
