Job summary

enCircle is seeking a Coordinator of Career and Technical Education (CTE) to manage all aspects of CTE programming across Virginia locations from the Roanoke campus. The role includes curriculum development, program implementation, staff support, student credentialing, and building partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.

The position requires driving with a clean record, a Virginia teaching license (Special Education preferred), and 5+ years in education plus 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Masters preferred.
• Virginia teaching license required; Special Education endorsement preferred.
• 5+ years in an educational setting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a CTE-related role.
• Experience in school administration or leadership preferred.
• Must have valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel to all school sites for on-site support and evaluation of CTE programs.
• Advance computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 preferred.
• Must observe health and safety regulations; crisis de-escalation, First Aid and CPR as requested.
• Must serve as a mandated reporter.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Responsibilities

• Teach CTE courses as assigned at the Roanoke campus.
• Routinely travel to other campuses to observe CTE programming and provide feedback.
• Provide leadership and training using Career and College Readiness software.
• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and professional learning communities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, industries, and community organizations.
• Serve as a liaison between Minnick Schools and external agencies for transition services.
• Collaborate to coordinate work-based learning opportunities for students.
• Provide division-wide leadership in credentialing testing and reporting.
• Ensure CTE programming complies with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with educators and industry partners to design integrated curricula.
