Porter County Career and Technical Education is seeking a CTE Dean to provide administrative support for daily operations, student services, attendance, discipline, and school safety at the Porter County Career Center.

The Dean will supervise student management, coordinate with administrators, counselors, teachers, and district partners to ensure student success and career readiness, reporting to the Executive Director of CTE. The role emphasizes collaborative leadership and policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in secondary education, career and technical education, student services, or educational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high school students, families, teachers, and administrators.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of student discipline, attendance interventions, and positive behavior support.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced educational environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success, school safety, professionalism, and collaborative leadership.
