Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a CT Technologist for the Pueblo West area to join the UCHlth PPW ED CT & Xray team. The role focuses on direct imaging, patient education, and safe contrast administration during night shifts.

This position offers full-time hours, travel-stipend options, and 80 hours per pay period. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, active RT registration (CT), state licensure if required, and BLS certification before start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• One year of experience.
• ARRT registration in CT or registry-eligible with completion within 12 months.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS certification prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT imaging based on physician orders.
• Safely administers contrast media and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and ensures safe imaging procedures.
• Applies established CT techniques to optimize image quality and equipment function.
• May perform 3-D post-processing and report results.
