Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sloans Lake ER is seeking a CT X-Ray Technologist to perform CT and X-Ray procedures, including fluoroscopy and portables, ensuring high-quality patient care from newborns to adults. You will work independently, prioritizing patient safety and accuracy while adhering to Joint Commission standards.

Cross-training to additional modalities may be required; the role emphasizes teamwork, rapid responsiveness, and consistent documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid to expert knowledge of diagnostic procedures including x-rays and Portables.
• ARRT Radiography and CT certification required; CE compliance.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray procedures for patients from newborn to adult.
• Communicate and work independently to deliver quality patient care.
• Cross-train to additional imaging modalities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission regulations and facility standards.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible forsolid toexpert knowledge of all CT and X-Ray procedures. X-ray procedures include basic x-rays, fluoroscopy,and Portables.Communicates and works independently in performing all CT and X-Ray procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood.Prioritize, provides and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission,Visionand Values of the facility.Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations consistent with Joint Commission regulations and standards. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees as outlined inHealthONE’sStandards of Behavior. Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions.Must be willing to cross-train toone or more modalities asrequired.

What qualifications you will need:

• Solid to expert knowledge of all diagnostic procedures to include x-rays and Portables.
• Registered technologist with current certification in Radiography (R) and CT by ARRTREQUIREDand CE compliance.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• One-year diagnostic experiencerequired. CT experiencepreferred.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
