Schedule and Shift:

24 hours/week, Weekdays, 7am-7:30pm

Community Description:

Our newest hospital in the Kansas City metro area — AdventHealth Lenexa City Center — will include 24/7 emergency care, surgical services, and inpatient beds for medical-surgical and short-stay units. The campus will feature:

• 244,000 sq ft
• Capacity for 98 beds (44 initially, 54 future expansion)
• Four operating rooms (two initially, two future)

Job Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CAT Scan procedures independently, ensuring high-quality images for diagnosis. Maintains a clean and stocked environment and adheres to safety standards.

Team Contributions:

• Perform essential CT technologist functions
• Review patient requisitions and chart prior to exams
• Administer contrast material and start IVs as needed
• Coordinate with nurses and physicians for patient care
• Manage imaging and reports efficiently
• Participate in training new staff
• Operate and troubleshoot PACS and Cerner systems
• Follow radiation safety and hospital policies
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Graduate

Preferred:

• Up to 1 year of related experience
