Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and X-ray procedures under supervision, applying ionizing radiation safely and accurately to diagnose across age groups.

You will work independently with imaging staff, assist with contrast administration and venipuncture, maintain records, and participate in department meetings. ARRT certification and a high school diploma are required; two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or GED; ARRT program graduate.
• Minimum experience: 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment per specifications and follow radiation safety practices.
• Produce quality images within established protocols and maintain patient records.
• Assist with contrast media administration and venipuncture; coordinate with Imaging nurse.
• Attend department meetings and participate in staff training.
• Support department productivity and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
