Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT examinations for diagnosis across all ages under supervision of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging. You will assist radiologists with interventional procedures, ensure adherence to radiation safety standards, and deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining accurate records and timely exam processing.

Massachusetts license and ARRT/NMTCB certification required; strong communication and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by ARRT or NMTCB in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans appropriate to the age of the patient in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Accurately complete records and billings and submit promptly.
• Position and transfer patients and assist physicians with interventional exams.
• Send exams to PACS for radiologist review and QC images.
