UF Health Central Florida is expanding services in the Central Florida area. Our Emergency / Urgent Care is coming to Clermont in October 2024. We are hiring immediately for this position to begin September 9, 2024. We are excited to open our brand new Free Standing Emergency Department at 4405 South US 27 N Clermont, FL 34711-5384.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Department Manager and in association with the radiologists, the technologist conducts themselves in a professional manner, responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. Under the direction of the supervisor, this position must perform all functions related to multiple modalities: including CT or Xray and general Radiology Technologist duties.
The CT/Xray Technologist performs services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice and demonstrates expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to the patient, self and other members of the health care team.
